DC Reveals Full Roster for League of Super-Pets
Entertainment Weekly unveiled the full roster of the animated cast of DC League of Super-Pets! The upcoming feature film follows the adorable but mighty pets of your favorite DC Comics superheroes! There is Merton the turtle (Natasha Lyonne), PB the pig (Vanessa Bayer), Chip the squirrel (Diego Luna), Krypto the Super Dog (Dwayne Johnson), and Ace the Bat-Hound (Kevin Hart). The film also stars Keanu Reeves and John Krasinski in unannounced roles. You can watch a teaser trailer on WB’s YouTube Channel.
Hugh Jackman Loves Bacon Pancakes?
Who would have guessed that the Wolverine actor was a fan of Adventure Time? Hugh Jackman was sporting a t-shirt featuring Jake the Dog “singing” the classic Bacon Pancakes. Jackman used his musical talents and provided us with his rendition of the song. He is a true man of class.
Disneyland to get a New Toon-Up
Imagineers are working to create some all-new experiences so families and young children can have more opportunities to play together inside Disneyland park. Mickey’s Toontown will feature new play experiences, as well as open, grassy play spaces for everyone to unplug. The land will have landscaping for both family play and relaxation. Mickey’s Toontown will close in March of 2022 and 2023 with the new, family-friendly, and adventurous Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
Marvel’s What If Miles Morales Was Captain America?
New What If comic finds Miles Morales dawning a different mantle. The marvel comic will feature the former Spider-Man as the new Captain America. What If…Miles Morales by Cody Ziglar with art by Paco Medina, answers the question, “What if Miles Morales followed in the footsteps of a Marvel hero other than Spider-Man.” What If…Miles Morales #1 will go on sale in March 2022 wherever comic books are sold.
Harry Potter Cast to Reunite for HBO Special
The Harry Potter film franchise is turning twenty years old. To celebrate this special milestone HBO is doing a reunion special. “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts” will premiere on HBO Max on New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 2022. The special will “tell an enchanting making-of story through all-new, in-depth interviews and cast conversations.” The three original stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson, and filmmaker Chris Columbus will be a part of the special.
