HBO has released a full teaser trailer for the fourth season of the hit sci-fi epic Westworld, which confirms the series will return on June 26th.
Lou Reeds’ Perfect Day provides the backdrop for the teaser that comes with all the bizarre, cryptic and bloody tones we’ve come to expect from the series. While we get no dialogue in the teaser, we do get glimpses of what several main characters will be up to. Evan Rachel Wood, Thandiwe Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Luke Hemsworth, Aaron Paul and Angela Sarafyan all take center stage in the trailer that culminates with a look at a dystopian New York City skyline!

Westworld’s appetite for mind-bending content looks certain to continue with season 4. The show’s third season ended back in April 2020 and left us with more questions than answers. This first look at upcoming events suggests we might have many more questions in the future!
While details on season 4 have been limited, it has been described as “a dark odyssey about the fate of sentient life on earth.”
Series co-creator Lisa Joy has also previously spoken a little about what fans can expect from the new series.
“You’re going to see some new worlds that I think are really fun and you’re going to see someone who I kidnapped from Reminiscence in a funny way.”
Westworld will return to HBO for its eight-episode fourth season on June 26th.
