TRANSFORMERS SPRINGER G1 "Reissue" Triple Changer Review

Transformers the Movie introduced Springer, an Autobot Triple Changer with an attitude. The Generation One toy is a highly sought-after collectible and Captain Kyle is going to review this “reissue” knock off version to see if it is acceptable as a less expensive alternative.

The Autobot Triple Changer Springer changes from robot to helicopter to armored car and back again. He was one of the main characters in 1986’s Transformers the Movie and was a prominent character in the Transformers G1 Cartoon in the 3rd Season. He is one of the more popular characters. His comic book counterpart because leader of the Wreckers and caused all kinds of trouble for the Decepticons.

This version is called a “reissue” but does not appear to be officially made by Hasbro or Takara. It could be considered a counterfeit or fake, but the quality is higher than most knock offs. The packaging, inserts and accessories are mostly identical to the original, but factory stickers are not applied, but are provided. This review goes over every aspect, from the packaging to the details on the figure itself.
