His comic book counterpart because leader of the Wreckers and caused all kinds of trouble for the Decepticons.

This version is called a “reissue” but does not appear to be officially made by Hasbro or Takara. It could be considered a counterfeit or fake, but the quality is higher than most knock offs. The packaging, inserts and accessories are mostly identical to the original, but factory stickers are not applied, but are provided. This review goes over every aspect, from the packaging to the details on the figure itself.
