The Hot Soldiers HS-03 Soundtrack toy, which is definitely the Decepticon Soundwave, is a great 3rd party Transformer. While standing half the size of the Generation One toy, this figure is extremely posable and a great addition to your collection.
Captain Kyle reviews this toy and the Laser Bird (Laserbeak) that comes with it. It’s perfectly sized to go up against Transformers Juniors and even the Robot Masters version of Optimus Prime. Soundwave is one of the most popular Decepticons, particularly with his cassette team and this is a great homage to the 80’s toy. Soundtrack and Laser Bird are a great set that does justice to the originals.
