Transformers G1 “Reissue” DEFENSOR Gift Set Review

Defensor is formed from the Protectobots and the Transformers G1 version, complete and in great shape, can set you back. This one is a knock-off “reissue” of the original G1 team and Captain Kyle reviews it in detail to see how it holds up. Is it a worthy addition to your Autobot forces? Watch and find out.

The G1 Protectobots consist of five members. Hot Spot is the leader, joined by Streetwise, First Aid, Blades, and Groove. The origin of Defensor is murky, as he just appeared on the cartoon to offset the Combaticon combiner Bruticus, while in the UK comics there was a shared dream between Optimus Prime and Buster Witwicky that presumably inspired the Autobots to create them. It’s a whole Creation Matrix thing. The toys were available singly or in a gift set. This is a knockoff of the gift set and Captain Kyle checks out the quality of each bot individually and then as their combined form.
