The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 7, “Open Your Eyes,” was certainly an eye-opening episode featuring Siddiq and the events in the barn that spelled the end of 10 characters. And with the Whisperer being captured last week, we get to see how Carol and Daryl attempt to gain valuable information from him. The Governor watches and reacts to all of it. WARNING: SPOILERS FOR THIS EPISODE.
Still dealing with PTSD, Siddiq is trying to deal with a mysterious sickness that afflicts many in Alexandria. Aaron is also trying to build a connection with Gamma in an attempt to gain her trust and information, while Carol and Daryl, under Father Gabriel’s supervision, try to get the location of the Whisperer horde from their prisoner. Lydia ends up a pawn in Carol’s game to weaken Alpha. And Siddiq learns a horrifying and deadly secret about his fellow doctor, Dante. And yes, death comes for a few characters, some we just met and one we’ve known for a while.
