Destin Daniel Cretton Signs Big Deal with Disney

Fresh from the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Destin Daniel Cretton has more Marvel goodness in store for us.

Cretton just signed a multi-year deal with Disney, attached to both Marvel and Hulu’s Onyx Collective. The deal promises to give Cretton development projects for TV on various Disney-owned platforms.

Further, this cements his involvement in the next Shang-Chi movie, along with an unknown future Disney+ Marvel TV series.

Marvel President Kevin Feige said that they’re excited for the many intriguing ideas for stories Cretton has in store for them.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is streaming now on Disney+. You can watch some of Cretton’s other films such as ShortTerm 12 on other streaming services, such as Amazon.
