While many complain about Man of Steel, Superman Returns actually has one of the most horrifying and disturbing plot points of any superhero movie to date!
Superman Returns was not a reboot, but a continuation from Superman The Movie and Superman II. However, one plot point the writers’ put in the movie was not well considered. In fact, it is so horrifying and disturbing that it is shocking there wasn’t a ton of outcry when the movie was released in 2006.
