David Kaye is well known as Beast Wars Megatron and Transformers Animated Optimus Prime. In this Retro Con 2019 panel, he talks about his career and answers fan questions.
David Kaye got his start in radio, but entered the voice acting world as General Hawk on GI Joe. He continues to have an amazing career, voicing roles as not only Megatron on Beast Wars and the Transformers Animated version of Optimus Prime, but as Sesshomaru in Inuyasha, Clank in Ratchet and Clank, Vandal Savage in Young Justice, Duckworth in Duck Tales, Grandpa Max in Ben 10 and even as the voice of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. At this panel, he talks about the various roles and what they meant to him and the fans. He is definitely an iconic voice actor.
