LAND OF THE LOST Cast and Writer Panel – Terrificon 2021

Kathy Coleman, Wesley Eure, Phil Paley and story editor David Gerrold from Land of the Lost (1974) presented a panel at Terrificon 2021 to talk about the classic show, their experiences and answer fan questions. This is the first time these cast members have shared a stage with David Gerrold who was so vital to the show’s success.

Kathy Coleman played Holly Marshall on Land of the Lost and is also the author of multiple books and an advocate for mental health organizations.

Wesley Eure played Will Marshall, Holly’s older brother in the show and also appeared in CHOMPS and was the writer of Dragon Tales on PBS.

Phillip Paley played Cha-Ka, the Pacuni boy on Land of the Lost. He also appeared on Airwolf and the movie Beach Balls.

David Gerrold was the story editor and a writer for Land of the Lost and was instrumental in bringing incredible science fiction talents in to write episodes. He is also the writer who wrote the Star Trek episode The Trouble with Tribbles, the Star Trek Animated Series episode More Trouble with Tribbles and the Star Trek DS9 episode Trials and Tribble-ations.

These amazing people produced on one of the best 70’s children science fiction shows which still resonates with fans to this day.
