Actor and SFX Makeup Artist Tom Savini spoke to us at PA Horror Con 2022 about his acting experiences, his toughest special effects job, and unorthodox materials used in effects.
Tom Savini was Sex Machine (and killed Danny Trejo) in From Dusk Till Dawn but is also known for his roles in Dawn of the Dead, Machete, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Lost Boys: The Tribe, NOS4A2, and Locke and Key. He has also provided amazing makeup and visual effects in Friday the 13th, Creepshow, Day of the Dead, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Black Phone, Red Scorpion, and many more.
