Blazing Saddles actors Burton Gilliam and Rodney Allen Rippy gave a virtual panel through Wizard World Virtual Experiences 2020 to talk about this classic Mel Brooks film, their careers and to answer fan questions.
Burton Gilliam played Lyle in Blazing Saddles, but has also appeared in How the West Was Won, Young Maverick, Soap, Knight Rider, the A-Team, The Fall Guy, Evening Shade, Hail to the Chief, Sliders, Bail Out and Walker, Texas Ranger.
Rodney Allen Rippy played Bart at age 5 in Blazing Saddles, but has also appeared in the Six Million Dollar Man, Police Story, Laugh-In, Parker Lewis Can’t Lose and Oh God, Book II. He is also a singer, producer and a radio host.
